Crouch Consulting Group was established in 2018 to help insurance organizations solve complex operational challenges across strategy, claims, catastrophe response, vendor management, data, innovation, AI readiness, and business growth.
The organizations that lead in insurance are the ones with the clearest operating model, the sharpest decision-making, and the strongest ecosystem partnerships.
CCG works at that intersection. We help clients design operating models that hold up under pressure, decision frameworks executives can defend, and partnerships built on actual performance instead of relationships alone.

Don founded Crouch Consulting Group after more than two decades across the insurance ecosystem working inside carriers, alongside vendors, and at the operational core of claims, catastrophe response, and vendor programs.
His experience spans claims leadership, catastrophe management, vendor strategy, and enterprise transformation for national carriers and the providers that serve them.
He holds an MBA, an MS in Purchasing, Procurement, Acquisitions and Contracts Management, and the CPCU designation.
The practical difference: Don understands the boardroom conversation, the claims floor, the vendor meeting, the CAT command call, and the founder trying to turn a good idea into a business that carriers will actually buy.
Continuous executive education keeps the practice sharp. Recent credentials from Chicago Booth focused on AI strategy for the enterprise.

Don was invited to deliver a Lightning Talk at the Property and Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB) conference on March 23, 2026, sharing how carriers can rebuild claims infrastructure around AI-accelerated workflows without sacrificing quality, compliance, or the human judgment policyholders expect.
PLRB is the insurance industry's premier property and liability education and resource organization.
