Established in 2018

Heavily involved in the insurance industry for years, we worked with companies at varying phases of their life cycle. Many of those companies are experiencing a multitude of complex challenges surrounding customer acquisition, retention, technology implementation, claims management, process standardization and business development. 

Our Founder & President

Donald Crouch, CPCU

Donald is the founder and president of Crouch Consulting based in Tampa, Florida. He has extensive experience leading multifaceted departments across various claims organizations for several different carriers. His teams have been responsible for Process Improvement,  Claims Innovation, Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Management, Data Architecture and Insights and Catastrophe Claims Management. Don holds both an M.B.A and a MS, Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management degree, as well as the CPCU designation.
